This informal gathering will convene people who are interested in communicating risk and resilience effectively. We will discuss:
(1) Examples – What’s hot in risk communication? What recent initiatives excite you and why? What are key emerging themes?
(2) Analysis – Where has risk communication been included well – and not so well – in wider initiatives? What led to these successes and “blind spots”? What can be done differently?
(3) Aspirations – How can we collectively advance the practice of risk communication in the future?
