Overview and summary of unique and immediately available applications of AI and Human symbiosis which are ready to be implemented for disaster risk reduction and recovery efforts. Includes: better and effective communication, connectivity, resource management, and continuity before, during and post- disaster, using fully integrated multi-party command and control systems allowing decisions to be made and resource planning, implementation, and follow up; real time multi-source data collections, integration and analysis; Integrated procurement, fulfillment, shipping, storage and distribution; SLAM mapping to provide accurate real-time analysis of field conditions to stakeholders; dispersement of autonomous vehicles and heavy machinery; and communication networks, electrical grid analysis and integrated assistance, and other uses.Humans and AI can work together to build a robust network that is ready to respond immediately in any disaster. This session presents how governments, civil society and all stakeholders can partner to create and use new technologies to become part of a global network to respond immediately to needs presented by a disaster and address disaster-related emergencies, aldso in the long-term.
