During this session we will connect with community members of San Mateo, in the Philippines, who have been organising community-based disaster risk management activities and have set up a local organisation called Buklod Tao, active since 1996. Participants in Geneva will have the opportunity to share updates about the discussions happening at the GP, and to hear from community members what they think should be prioritised in international conversations.
