Cox’s Bazar (Bangladesh) is an area prone to disasters and a settlement for displaced communities from Myanmar. The Cyclone Preparedness Program implemented along with IFRC, Bangladesh Red Crescent, American Red Cross, and the local government, has aimed to protect local and displaced communities by installing early warning systems, preparing volunteers, and empowering the community.
