This Ignite Stage session will present TROSA insights on ways multi-level cooperation on transboundary water governance could contribute to regional and inclusive resilience. Cross-border cooperation is essential to understand the transboundary nature of disaster risks and collaborate for resilience dividend. Cases will be shared from selected transboundary sub-basins of the larger Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna (GBM) basins of South Asia to highlight initiatives and emerging institutional opportunities for resilience building at the regional level.
