After a devastating earthquake hit the border of Afghanistan and Tajikistan in 2015, it became apparent that there needed to be durable solution to protecting houses from the damage of seismic events. Team AKAH present on how they trained local masons and members of a community in earthquake resistant construction processes through a live demonstration.
