Based on research that was carried out in 10 Indonesian cities, The Unspoken Ministry (TUM) recommend improvements that can be made to early warning systems in order to make them more inclusive of the deaf community. We are introduced to Visual-Based Early Warning Systems (VisEWS) and Vibration-Based Early Warning Systems (VibEWS). TUM argue that the implementation of these Silent Early Warning Systems should be reinforced by the Indonesian Government.
