Visas / Immigration |
EWC-III participants are responsible for ensuring that their passports are valid for at least 3 months beyond the date of the conference, and that visa requirements are met. Please submit your visa request by 10 February 2006 at your local German consulate/embassy. | |

Cloak Room Luggage Room |
Luggage and coats can be left on-site at the cloak and baggage room at the entrance. |
Meals |
A variety of meals, including vegetarian dishes, will be on offer in the on-site restaurant at the participants´ own cost. Public restaurants are located in the city center. | |

For non-mobile phone users, public payphones are located in the main lobby. Telephone cards will be available on-site at the Information Desk. For calls from abroad: The country code of Germany is +49. | |
Internet-Cafe |
Free access to the internet is provided on-site in the lobby at the back of the main plenary hall. Commercial internet-cafes can be found in the city center. | |
