Understand from the perspective of indigenous communities in Mexico how to reduce vulnerabilities and risk. With simultaneous translation from the original languages, community leaders from Oaxaca, Veracruz and Guerrero share stories of how they understood their local risks and how they assumed it through coordination, community participation and municipal policies. The Disaster Risk Reduction Alliance is a multi- stakeholder partnership (Oxfam, Ayuda en Action, UNDP, World Vision, Citigroup Foundation) since 2014 contributes with local partners in Mexico to build capacity and develop better coordination towards resilient development.
