The booth will showcase the national and international efforts by the German Government and its implementing partners to support achieving the goals of the Sendai Framework.

Under the tripartite leadership of the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the Federal Foreign Office, and the Ministry for the Interior, several organisations, like GIZ, the German Red Cross and the Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance will present their approaches for different components of a holistic Disaster Risk Management system. They will show how approaches developed within Germany, might be transferred to the international level and vice versa.
