The presentation will discuss three unique case studies in Hong Kong to share challenges and lessons learnt from mainstreaming the inclusion of vulnerable groups into DRR projects. The programme revealed the need to remove social, cultural and environment barriers for often excluded groups in order to ensure active engagement.
