This presentation will discuss a DRR project that works directly with youth in the most impoverished communities of the Dominican Republic, St Lucia, Grenada and Jamaica. The youth are organized into Youth Emergency Action Committees (YEACs) and are working to become a respected organization of the nationwide emergency response network.
