Since 2010, Chiapas, together with local organizations and experts, has developed a methodology and tools, for increasing community resilience. The “resilient policy “ program called PP (“PROGRAMA PREVENTIVO”), which is already in its’ fifth year of implementation, has been piloted in more than a 100 villages and 30 municipalities, and scaled up to the whole Chiapas State in more than 4,000 communities.
