The principal novelty and advances over the state-of-the-art of the proposed CANEUS Innovation solution for DRR consist in integration of AI (Artificial Intelligence), Blockchain technology, and Earth Observations (EO) from space in decision-making processes of DRR risk assessment, modeling, added with 3-D printing solution to some of these pressing issues in disaster logistics management.

The proposed unique solution integrating Artificial Intelligence in the form of neural networks and emerging Blockchain technology in decision-making processes of health and disease risk assessment based on EO data, will not only contribute towards significant enhancement and development of new technological innovation but support integration of DRR and risk information across a range of users worldwide.

Through this Innovation Platform, we propose to showcase in a small space real-time 3-D printing as well demonstrate use of knowledge-based automated management system for disaster risk assessment based on application AI techniques in terms of neural networks (NN) and distributed information using elements of blockchain technology.

The proposed solution is affordable, can be replicated and scalable, and designed to motivate the users with novelty than the old-fashioned ways of assessment and logistics management, thereby directly contributing to the implementation priorities for the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction.
