Supporting the international relief activities currently undertaken by various humanitarian organizations in the area around the city of Bam/Iran and supporting the activation of the International Charter on Space and Major Disasters (www.disasterscharter.org) the company Space Imaging and European Space Imaging (www.euspaceimaging.com) in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center have made available first damage analysis maps based on IKONOS satellite imagery. The satellite maps are provided at best effort basis.
