Multilateral Aid Review summary: UNISDR

This document assesses the value for money for UK aid of the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR), as one of the 40 multilateral organisations undertaking a broad range of activities funded by DFID. It analyses need in terms of the incidence of the particular problem UNISDR is mandated to address. This document is part of Multilateral Aid Review (MAR) and intends to provide DFID with the evidence needed to take decisions about how best to deliver funding through the multilateral organisations in order to make the greatest possible impact on poverty.
