3rd African Drought Adaptation Forum report, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 17-19 September 2008

This report is a summary of the discussions held during the 3rd African Drought Adaptation Forum September 2008 in Addis Ababa. The participants, members of the the African Drought Risk and Development Network (ADDN) recognized the need for exchange of experience on managing the risk of drought in various sub regions of Africa and focused on promoting applied discussion on key issues linking drought risk and development.
