The aim of this training is to improve the capacities and knowledge of the decision-makers in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on disaster risk reduction and the implementation of the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA). It also seeks to strengthen the capacity of the GCC countries to monitor and report on the HFA.
