1st meeting of Asian advisory group of parliamentarians

Members of the Parliament from countries in Asia – voluntary members of the Asian Advisory Group of Parliamentarians will meet to discuss their plan of action for the year 2013 to advocate for disaster resilience. As part of the meeting, the MPs will have an in-depth discussion on the issues of importance for the Post-HFA that were brought up by Parliamentarians at the 5th Asian Ministerial Conference on DRR, held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 22-25 October 2012 and their plans to get further inputs from MPs in their respective countries.
