Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI) Annual Meeting will be held February 12-15, 2013, at the Grand Hyatt Seattle, Washington. With the theme “Building Resilient Communities Through Policy and Mitigation,” the meeting has much to offer engineers, scientists, emergency managers, and policy makers, highlighting earthquake policy issues while also offering insights from researchers and practitioners from around the country. A free half-day pre-meeting workshop will be held February 11 on “The Canterbury Earthquakes—Lessons and Implications for Regions Worldwide.”

Registration fees will increase by $100 after January 15th, registration includes one lunch each day, additional lunch tickets are $55 each, optional field trips
