Apoy, Bagyo, Kalamidad: Dibuhong Pambata (ABKD) 2012 is an annual poster-making and essay-writing contest for children (7-12 years old) and young people (13-16 years old).
This activity was conceptualized to raise awareness on disaster risk reduction.
Each of the four major winners and the eight finalists, will receive a cash prize and a certificate from CDRC and the sponsoring organizations.
